Hi everyone. Reiko gave birth to Emily Marcia on July 18th @ 7:08am. Little did we know the breathing exercises would extend to our baby as she wasn't positive she was ready to be out of the womb and breathing air on her own!
Reiko is doing great. Baby Emily is amazing. It will be fun to trade birth stories and soon Mommy/Daddy stories as well.
We too saw another couple at the birth center. Hope everyone is doing well. May need to sneak in a pre-Aug. 26th get together...
